I got this call twice today. But I have blue cross blue shield, and I did speak with bcbs customer service yesterday. I should answer if they call back. I'll update if I learn anything.
I just rec'd this call and decided to answer it. It was a recorded message from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. They use an outside company to do an on phone survey that takes a couple minutes. I rec'd the call because I called about my insurance yesterday, I decided to take the survey but there is an option to decline. It was short, easy simple. They just want to know if my problem was resolved, how many times I had to call to have my issue resolved, if I was satisfied, if was placed on hold, if I was transferred to another party. At the end I was given the option to say a few words and say why I was very satisfied with my call to BCBS. After that it was done. I was really skeptical when they called the first time, missing the call, then hitting redial and getting the recording. Turns out this call seems legit.
