It makes sense that is would be a survey from bcbs as I did call them yesterday with an insurance question. I did not answer the call because I did not know the number.
Just have a question for you. Do you happen to have Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas as an insurance Co? Because this is a call from them! It's not all the things you are accusing it of being. If you have called you Insurance Co recently, they are calling back to do a survey on your call to them, wanting to know if everything was resolved as promised. You may not want to take the survey, but I would think twice before putting my Insurance Co. on a Do Not Call List. I am not trying to be rude, just helpful. I too got a call from them at 8:30 AM on a Saturday (today) and I didn't answer it. And I did talk to BCBSTX a few days ago. I immediately came here, a place I visit frequently to block idiots from bothering me, and I saw where several people had written in to say who this is, just as I am doing for you. I am now putting this # in my phones call directory with the name BCBSTX so when they call again, I will know to answer it and it is not the hundreds of robocall scumbags that harass me 5-10 times a day on most days. I have also talked to the attorney General's Office in Texas and was told absolutely DO NOT ANSWER any Robocalls because it just adds you to a list for them to call more often. I never answer any #'s I don't recognize and come straight here to find out if it's legit and I must admit this is the first one that was. Hope I have helped, as these posts about BCBSTX probably were not here when you made your post.
