Even If you owed taxes, The IRS will never contact you the first time by phone

The way I've heard it, they NEVER contact you by phone, email, text, fax or anything by Certified Letter via the USPS

Got a bogus call from " Officer" Brianna Scott. Not biting . . . Says there is a tax fraud filed against me and I will be arrested.
