They call all day long and almost never leave a message. When they do they just yell my name over and over on my cell phone voice mail asking if Ii'm there and to pick up. They never say who they are.
The FTC knows that NCO and other debt collectors are breaking the law and continue to harrass people. Anyone that has ever worked for one of the debt collectors knows the dirty illegal tricks they use and the FTC knows also but will not do anything about it. But if a private citizen does what they do, they proably would be put in jail.
They've called me a few times. So far I've missed their calls because I'm at work; they don't leave a message. I called the number back just out of curiosity but they can't find me in their system by my phone number or name. They asked for my SS number as an identifier saying that could help bring me up in their system but I refused.
