This is an Irving, TX number, local for us. It is one of several numbers used by robo callers under the guise of the 972-253- area and prefix. The last four digits are randomly changed but the area and prefix remain. Our guess is that the genius behind this system wants us to think the calls are coming from friends and neighbors in our own city. Like all robo calls, a message is never left.
Have been receiving calls from 972-253-5102 daily for well over a week now, don't answer and they do not leave a message. Caller I.D. also says 972-253-5102, just another junk caller, I'm sure...

972-253-5102 rang my cell again (that's me, the post just above this one). This time they called around 5:15 pm and hung up while the phone was still ringing. They are switching among multiple 972-253-xxxx numbers.
Call came in on our landline 5:21 P CDT, Caller ID showed 972-253-5102 and Caller Name showed the same number. Our phone didn't ring since the number was in our Call Blocker Unit "Blacklist". They used the same number back in July 2015 was blocked then, will stay blocked.
