calls 10 times a day. abuse abuse abuse. i want to put these people in jail. no call list makes no different to them. they take harassment to a new level
I told the representative "Robin" several times that we will give her a call back if we need a product, but she keeps calling everyday. Just now, she called twice and hung up on me because I was not the doctor.
"Natalie" called to offer a free website service. We told her we were not interested, and she keeps calling. She has asked for the Dr. numerous times; we have offered to take a message, and eventually told her he is not interested... she keeps calling. Now she has been hanging up on us when we answer. We called them back, asked to speak with a manager, and some unidentified woman told us the manager was busy but that she'd give Natalie the message that she needs to stop calling. We'll see.
"Victoria" called this morning at 10:45. "Are you the one I spoke to about electrodes?" And I said, "I don't know. Maybe." "Well, who does the ordering for the office?" Me - "That would be the doctor himself. He's with patients right now. Can I take a message?" The next few minutes were her insisting to talk to the doctor and me saying no, and me asking her what her sense of urgency was. I had already told her that the doctor would be with patients all morning and that he doesn't take breaks. She was incredibly rude, incredibly insistent, and incredibly self-important. She said she'll call back...I hope she does!
I did this trial 6 years ago with the company, and while they are pushy about getting you to agree i'm glad they were! They have the best electrodes out there and they are a wonderful company to work with. Active customers get there own private account rep. Mine has helped me so many times especially when it comes to billing a coding! I know that sales calls can be irritating, but every now and then there is a diamond in the rough, they were mine!
