I told the representative "Robin" several times that we will give her a call back if we need a product, but she keeps calling everyday. Just now, she called twice and hung up on me because I was not the doctor.
This company is driving me crazy! They call at least twice a day. I've told them I'm not interested, that the doctor isn't interested. They call back and pretend like we said we were. I'm not stupid, I know I said no. Wish I could get them to stop calling. They are interrupting the business.
They might be annoying. But I ordered from them. 3.99 for 3 inch round electrodes 4 pack and they are the best we ever used. My office is in Pembroke Pines and I do not work for them. Call and ask for Natalie. she is very helpful
This woman will not take no for an answer. She is selling electrodes and even though she has been told we use a local company, she still continues to call. She has called 3 times after staff told her I was unavailable. even if I was interested in the product after the harassment I will not be buying.
Computer calls several times a week. Line is always dead waiting for connection to live person. I always hang up, because I don't have time to deal with this during clinic hours.
These people do not give up. We had problems with them a year ago and now they are back at it. 2 weeks ago, caller said that she talked to someone about electrodes and needed to talk to the person that orders the electrodes. After 3 calls, and me hanging up on her after asking to be removed from their list, I though that we were OK. (3 calls telling me that she talked to the Dr. on specific date for 11 minutes and 32 seconds.) Received another phone call today telling me that she talked to the Doctor on July 1 about electrodes and needed to speak with him again. I know for a fact that she didn't because she would have had to go through me. I told her she did not and we were not interested. Again, asked to be removed from their list and hung up. 2 minutes later, another call telling me that she DID talk to the doctor. I interrupted, told her she did not and again asked to be removed from their call list.....we will see.
