The phone number is a local dial through or masked. There is also a number that comes up Plano TX. They are National Dealer Services and are out of Tampa FL. They get a registry of owner info for every vehicle sold and load it up in a database program that calculates the calendar expiration date of each makes base warranty. They are then pulled up at the given date and loaded into an auto dialer.
Two organizations are calling me to sell another warranty. This is something you don't want to buy over the phone. Whatever price they quote you a large portion goes into the company's pocket and the caller gets a cut of that. I bet most of these warranties have so many caveats that they are worthless.
Same here. I called the number back and its a message without a ring "To be placed on a do not call list press 1"
I have a Samsung phone that allows an AUTO REJECT. Done.
Called telling me my warranty has expired on a car I sold 3 years ago. I've told them several times to stop calling and I no longer have that car, and I'm on the DNC list. They ignore all of these and continue to call. I wish they would all just get thrown in prison for their scams.
