The State of Minnesota has sued them 2014, as well. Minnesota AG Sues EFG Over Service Contract Refunds, and uses several names.
BBB page has an "A" rating on it, but a lot of complaints. If they call you and you are on the DNC, make sure the FTC gets the complaints instead.
Received 2 calls, on my home phone, within 5 minutes around 12:30pm on a weekday and left no voicemail. Caller id says 'Service Call'. I am blocking that phone number.
