Got a call from this number threatening to serve papers at my place of employment and where I live. Said they have someone in the area where I live to serve me the papers. These people that are nasty and needs to find a better job than what he is doing. Personality wise I would fire him.
A man identified himself as Greg Fisher from Global Process Servers at 972-372-0261.
He has a courier in the area between 1 & pm to serve papers at my place of employment.
I received these calls previously. Stating that they will take me to court and bla bla...
When I have requested them to send me the info in writing to make payments arrangements they said they would and never did.
Today I get a call from a Mike Fisher asking why I had not paid I said you never sent me anything in writing. Guy says yes we did in June ...
In the end his comment was "you are making excuses and you obviously don't want to pay" and hung up.
Like I would really give these horrible nasty collectionist my credit card information without anything in writing! How do we know they are legit and not fraud with their horrible customer service and unprofessionalism!
