The right number to call for existing COAF auto loan accounts is 800-946-0332 for a live COAF representative or customers can log in securely and view their COAF auto loan account online. COAF customers should *NOT* call back on 972-378-3660 -- this number does NOT appear on Capitol One's website contact page. Since we are talking about existing accounts, Capitol One already has ALL your info so no need to confirm any info with a stranger who calls you from a number that is NOT listed on the bank's website. Giving away personal info to a stranger calling from a strange number is STUPID.
The caller always asks for an employee that is un-reachable by this number. This number (Capitol One Auto Finance) calls several times a day. Sometimes I ignore and sometimes I answer just to cuss them out and make them have a bad day.
Called me twice in 15 min tonight. I finally answered the 2nd time and they asked for Emmanuel Moore. I told her no such person was at this house and if they called again I would report them to the FCC. There is no Emmanuel Moore in my family.
I didn't give her time to tell me what company she was from since I already knew from reading the comments above. We don't have a car loan (paid cash for both our cars) so there is no reason they should be calling me.

The same thing is happening to me! I get about 6 calls a day and although I have no business dealings with this company,have no car loans,and have asked them to stop calling me-they continue to do so! I have filed a complaint with the FTC and the Do Not Call registry.Any suggestions for dealing with this would be appreciated. Thanks! Bethany
I don't have any car loans and no business with these people, yet they continue to call 5-10 times a day. Including weeekends and evenings. I wish i could get them to stop
