is this a solicitation call from them?  I'm on the do not call list & they've called 4 times today without leaving a message.

Not familiar with the number. 2 rings them they hang up. I would like this call to blocked from my phone

Received a voicemail from them on my home phone.  "Thank you for your recent online inquiry for health insurance.  Please call us back at  800-310-7010"

I don't recall inquiring for health insurance in the last year, so they are either really slow in returning inquiries or just another automated time waster.

No message left. Phoned 10:43AM Fri Sept 6th and 2:00PM Tues Sept 6th. I work from home
and all calls are listed as contacts as I am a graphic designer. Stop calling! Posts and call reverse lookup say health insurance from Texas.

ITS A COLLECTION AGENCY.  Identifies themselves sometimes as a "legal department" on a "legal" matter.
