This is a funny comment coming from an EX SALESMAN who worked for us, If we ripped you off, what is your company name, what is your real name, THIS GUY IS A FAKE, JUST LIKE HIS COMMENTS.  His name is Terrence O Sanichar, his aliases are JOHN REGAN, STEVEN PAYNE, JOHN REED, he was terminated for embezzling over $70,000.00 in company funds to fund his drug and alcohol addiction, BEWARE OF THIS PERSON, HE IS NOT EVEN FROM THE US, HE IS FROM PAKISTAN, WHICH IS WHY HE NEVER USES HIS REAL NAME .  He works for Commercial Recovery Systems in Plano, he lives with his aunt [residential address removed]

I'm a small business owner in Dallas and I really don't like the character assassination that Robert is doing to Jesse Del Rio.  Say what you want about the company, but he is abusing "free speech" with regard to Mr. Del Rio --
FACT: there aren't a bunch of collection company out there with better than an F from the BBB - debt collectors make no friends.  
FACT: Regan Steele has had only 3 BBB complaints in the last three months - that's low for a collection company.
FACT: You keep beating up on this Jesse Del Rio guy's criminal history - the crimes you post eslewhere on this website are from two decades ago when the guy was like 17.  The only crime you can find on him since then was a speeding ticket.  Ooh - such a felon!  LOL
FACT: The website says that Regan Steele (www.regansteele.com) has licensed and bonded Texas private investigators.  If you have a complaint about a private investigator you send it to [email protected] not the AG or the FTC.  
FACT: You don't need a license or a bond to collect debts in Texas.  Debt collectors should be licensed and bonded, or collection firms should have to be a lawyers, like in tax collection work. But this isn't a perfect world, is it?
...Just sayin'...

Really????  Here's a collector with an A+ rating since 2001. Perhaps being more professional, not yelling or cursing can work. Just saying...

We can post ANONYMOUS all day long and try to bash collection agencies, and put up accredited agencies on the BBB and non accredited agencies, and collection agencies with A's and with F's, there are hundreds.  When it all comes down to it,  NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOU HATERS!  Just a bunch of unemployed salesmen and collectors tying to bad mouth a company who fired you for not showing up to work,  or because you cant sale or collect, and you SUCK!  See you next year when you need a job!
