Found the owner Jesse DelRio is a real piece of work. Known and convicted felon. Looks like this guys a real community asset. Ive filed complaints with the FTC and the Texas AG about this company and found not one license or bond associated with their company which is state law. Interesting how their website claims licensing and bonding when there is none. These idiots will be dealing with the local authorities financial crimes unit by the end of the month... Beware!!! They are going down.

I have been receiving calls from this company and the guy who is calling is a terrible person. I told him repeatedly that our office has nothing to do with payable or whatever invoice he is referring to. I gave him the number to call to get in contact with our AP department. But apparently the other office's phone line does not take blocked numbers. So he called me back, yelling, calling the owner of the company terrible names. I asked him repeatedly to not call my office and to call the other office as I have no control over payments, that I already relayed the message and his number to our AP office. He then started yelling and being irrationally rude. We got into a yelling match, i again requested he not call my office and told him what he's doing is unethical, unprofessional, and illegal, then hung up.
He called back over and over again numerous times. Very unprofessional and illegal. Terrible company. Apparently this is a disputed invoice my company is trying to resolve. However, if we did just flat out owe them money, i would tell my company to wait as long as possible or never pay it and let those terrible people rot. Pure scum that do not know how to resolve payment issues. I would never hire them as a collection agent. I was one in the past and this is not how you do business!
I noticed that Regan Steele doesn't just have one complaint forum on 1-800 call notes but two (4pages!)so i thought i would link them together. Also another disturbing tid bit that i have found, after speaking to one of there old employees (it seems that there are a lot of disgruntled employees or former employees too), that Jeff Buono is working there. This guy is a con artist like no other and is facing criminal charges possibly for the 3 if not more collections agencies he has used to embezzle millions of dollars...(Nice failed bankruptcy to boot)...the same thing Mr. Jesse DelRio is doing right now------
