Found the owner Jesse DelRio is a real piece of work. Known and convicted felon. Looks like this guys a real community asset. Ive filed complaints with the FTC and the Texas AG about this company and found not one license or bond associated with their company which is state law. Interesting how their website claims licensing and bonding when there is none. These idiots will be dealing with the local authorities financial crimes unit by the end of the month... Beware!!! They are going down.

People do not hire these guys to collect for you, they claim to be Attorneys they don't know crap and at the end of the day they will steal your money. How many people would pay $19,000 to collect $5,000 well they did it to me and I will do everything in my power to stop them from doing it again, if they have done this to the consumer fraud protection www.oag.state.tx.us fill out a complaint form this will stop them if everybody complains. By the way they are not bonded nor is their fake trust fund.

I don't know your location, but just by googling, I found three items that may be of interest to you. One is from an attorney in Texas explaining debt collection practices there. Two are from Missouri, one from a law firm that says they take cases without any up-front fees, and another from a lawyer explaining new standards that may make it more difficult for people who buy old debt to have standing to sue in Missouri. If you are in either of these two states, you might want to contact one of these law firms (or another law firm of your choosing) to discuss your situation with them. Who knows, you might get some money from the debt collectors rather than the other way around.
Here are the web sites I found. I have nothing to do with these law firms or the lawyers at these firms and have never had to use their services, so I can't vouch for them in any way. But if you want to get a lawyer and don't like the ones on these web pages, I'm reasonably sure there are many others who could take your case.
do not be scared of them threatening to sue you... In collection agencies it is laughed upon when desperate guys need us to help them collect now the fact is they screwed you no doubt and you still got money.. but the big guys screwed you as well the 30 grand was settled off of 90 grand ?.... and yes just like the comment before there are plenty of people you can contact that can sure regan & steele.. but you must remember that you put yourself in that situation
