Yes, this is Chase. I told them I would call back, and indeed, after calling the number on back of my Credit Card, they verified that they had called asking about an issue with my Chase credit card. So, it is legitimate...but, the scammers can now spoof numbers, so I would always call back
Mine was from Chase Fraud Prevention. They left a voice mail and sent a email as well. I call the number on the card and they were following up on some changes that I had made regarding my international address and a purchase. All in all glad they are following up they way they did. Not sure what is happening with all of thee people who are claiming scammers.
The call was from Chase Fraud prevention. It is legitimate. Not spam. Answer the call. You might be glad you did. I am not sure why the caller ID says "G&T Conveyor". I almost did not answer.
This is a legitimate Chase card services number as far as I can tell. They called from this number for a fraud alert and left a message. Rather than calling this number or the one they gave, I called the number on the back of my card instead (always the best practice).
Long story short, if you get a call from this number don't freak out. Just call the number on the back of your credit card.
Actually, this number was from Chase Fraud Protection.
I didn't trust it, so I hung up and called the number on the back of my card.
They then confirmed it was a legit call.
When it doubt, just do that. Although, this number happens to be legit.
