Hysterical. These schmucks called me again, almost a week after I had my fun with them (see first post!) I said to the idiot "Hey Jamoke, I WAITED for you LAST week ALL DAY when you said you where coming by to serve me my papers, your coffee got cold and I threw away your cake!!!!, don't make promises that you are coming by with papers and then not show, that is unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!" He hung up on me.
Received call from this number where the caller was making an appointment for a process server to meet me the next day to serve legal papers. This is a scam. If they can get you concerned enough they will start baiting with pieces of personal information in hope that you will fill in the blanks for a complete identity theft.
My reply, "Come on out there is a 12 gauge waiting". Don't own a gun but fitting for any phone terrorist.
Caller said need to confirm at home tomorrow to "seve civil papers." When I asked him to confirm correct J___ C_____ (VERY common name), he said some ZIP code that didn't have single # of ours. When I said, "Not ours," he said "Sorry, we'll take care of mistake." BUT, when I immediately called # back, rang unanswered. Wonder what would've actually happened tomorrow, if I had said, "Sure, come on by," ?? If scam, a totally STUPID one!

these people called my mom then me and said this was the # that was given to reach her I said I did not know my mother of course they used her name then asked if i would be home to recieve the papers I said they are not mine why would I accept them then they asked if I knew how to reach her I said really i told you I do not know this person you must be a special kind of stupid
