The company calling you is SFS Incorporated and they do business as One Click Cash. This corporation is run by the Santee Sioux Nation of Nebraska(Miami Nation Services Enterprises Tribe). Unfortunately, they are out of the jurisdiction of the United States Government. So there is absolutely nothing we can do to stop them from calling and there is absolutely nothing they can do you.
OK Have been getting these calls for well over 2 months and every time they say the same thing like they do to you guys that they want to serve papers well today I asked for the court case number of these documents and of course they referred me to an 888 9808166 number and gave me a reference # to give them when I called and of course the first thing they ask for after the reference # is your SS# well... I made sure I kept them on the phone long enough for the call to be traced and it is traced to the Plano, Dallas, Richardson TX area... they answer the 888 # Weizman and Associates so the next time these idiots call you please pick up your phone and call your local police department and file an incident report and call your states Attorney General then if you have a few more minuets call the Plano Police Department and file an incident report 972 941 7000 is their main number and PSO Gojak took my information down... also give the nice folks over at the Collin County District Attorney's office a call they got a kick out of my story ... their # is 972 548 4323 I can imagine if more folks will call your local PD and DA and Plano PD, and the Collin County DA this crap will stop, I know I get several calls a day from these birds so I know other folks are too so let's take a stand and put a stop to them once and for all... btw when I asked for a street address so I could just come pick up my "papers" the line went dead... imagine that...
regardless of who they are sir they are harassing and I can promise if enough phone calls are placed to the local DAs, PD, the Plano PD and Collin Co DA something will happen I don't care if they belong to the Ohama Indian Tribe I want them STOPPED
