If you answer or have an answering machine they are happy. They sell your number a thousand times over this is also how they make money illegally They know they have a live one.
Call from this number the answering machine answered it was from Italy, Texas.. BS scam wanted to lower you credit card interest .. Block the call they don't when they say press 3 if you don't want them to call any more........
The message says press 1 to get name off list - then you get a live person who hangs up on you. They are fraudsters and it is frustrating that nothing can be done about it.
