They said they were Nations Lending and asked for info. They said they would call back with mortgage loan details they could give me. They never called back. Obviously A SCAM. Don't give them info AND REPORT TO AUTHORITIES
All of these notes are helpful as I have gotten my fourth call, from these scammers, today at 11:18AM est. I never answer, but they keep trying. They're calling my landline and also called on 12/18/14, 12/19/14, and 12/22/14, at 12:22PM, 3:19PM, and 2:35PM, est, respectively. I have no way to block the calls and I don't really want to spend $$ for a call blocker. Has anyone wondered whether the call blocking companies are making these calls, in the first place? What a boon for their business! So, I just ignore the calls and turn down my ringer. The phone companies should take the responsibility for this. Eventually, they're going to lose all of their landline business.
Three blank voicemails in Dec 2014 and Jan 2015. Phone companies don't care.
I use use Google Voice so I can at least that number blocking will work for good. If you have a decent internet connection, mix it with an Obitalk device and a VOIP 911 service and ditch the phone line. I just set one up for my aunt too
