This is real collection company. They asked to verify certain information so they new i was the correct person to be talking to. But yes this phone number is 100% real and i suggest to anyone who doesnt want to ruin their credit to listen to what they have to say. peace out!!!
I've been getting calls all day from them that is a recording saying "Don't forget your gateway account." No idea what that is so I hang up. I just dialed the number back and it is Citicard. I have an automatic payment going out each month, but the amount due went up. I never look at the bill because I know it is automatically paid. They were calling to let me know I had an outstanding balance. Guess now I need to up my authorized payment.
this number has called everyday at all hours of the day. I want it to STOP! For at least a week straight. I have had 6 calls from them today and it's Sunday!
I get calls every day from this number . It saids cti on the caller Id. It keeps asking for someone who hasn't been at this address for nearly 4 years. I am on the no call list and don't understand why they keep calling here.
CTI calls me 17 times a day the calls start at 8:30am until 10:30pm. They call 7 days a week. If I answer it is a recording but one time I did actual talk to a person I asked to be removed from their calling list I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours that was 3 months ago. If you do not answer it will ring about 3 or 4 times and about an hour later they will call again.
