I didn't answer, no message.  Search of number on internet yielded many apparent individual businesses and one "gateway" for "Plano Texas Market Center" at www.net5000.com/texas/plamkt.htm where a pile of numbers are associated with other websites.  Phishing or cheap profiteering, no doubt.

Called my cellphone, on which I never get solicitations, no message.

This is Countrywide Home Mortage; they are usually calling because you may have asked them to contact you regarding refinancing/readjusting your payment. They usually leave a voice-mail (I always get one).

Call on cell phone. Did not answere because of all the zeros.I was trying to find old email about certain area codes not to answere but have not found it yet.I did the same as above with internet search which came up with a zillion #s.
