They call asking for someone else. The message says if you want to be removed you have to call an 800 number to do so. I actually stayed on the line waiting for someone to pick up. The message says thank you for waiting, we are sorry our office is closed please call an 800 number during normal business hours. Sorry not going to go out of my way. I will find every complaint agency from the phone company to attorney general and the BBB. This is clearly a lazy attempt at skip tracing and is harassment to too many unintended targets. And should be stopped.
These folks have been calling my husband & I on our separate cell numbers from an 800 number. Yesterday, they called from 972-661-3744 regarding the same matter. They're looking for a person I haven't spoken to in over 20 years. This person died a couple of years ago, and I keep getting their calls. I reported the 800 number to the FCC a couple of days ago, and will follow up today to advise them of this latest call. The FCC complaint page is at:

This number has called and left messages way too many times. The message says that if I'm not the person they are trying to contact (which I am not), then hang up; which I do. Then they call back...incessantly.
