Same thing here. My wife said this seemed a little odd they made it seem like they were a headhunter and I would be interviewing for a potential job. They would not give me further information until I went in...luckily my wife looked them up and found all of this! Thanks for posting.
I had a very similar experience today. I met with Larry for my second interview recently. He wanted me to pay him $5k for his services. His services consists of resume review and interview prep, plus information and research data on big named companies. After my meeting with Larry I was really unsure about what to do. I almost gave him my credit card but I thought I should probably google the companies reputation first.
His office is very impressive on the 12th floor, nice window view, and pictures of George Bush and an autographed book of Bush senior.
So far I've seen a lot of people posting to avoid TOP but only one post that said they actually used them. I'm wondering if anyone else has actually used them? Of course in the interview they brag about past clients but do not give out specific names or contact info.

Just got a call for an interview by TOP...lady by the name of Jen R. who then turned out to be Melissa!.
The exec VP supposed to interview me was Larry Spradling.....they asked me to bring a hard copy of my resume...why would they want that if they already had it? Did not answer my questions not did they specify who their clients were. Got suspicious, so did some internet snooping and stumbled on this site...Wow...my intuition was right...these are a bunch of rip-offs! Thanks to all who posted here.
