Said he was from Merchant services and that I was over charged. I said what company do I have?? He said Merchant services....This guy is full of @#$ . What is wrong with our government that they can't stop people like this??????
The man name Brandon call stating he is from Merchant Service want to correct the over charged fee of CC processing, so I ask him what CC processor company he work for, then he ask this is my name, I do not say yes, just say may I help you, he ask again, again so I tell him I have nothing to do with Merchant Service, I got scam from their agent years ago, The company I deal with now do not notify me about the over charged. He hang up on me. I got messages from Merchant Service every day early or late before/after business hours names: Don, Joe, John, one woman no name and Brandon, same voice of one man, the woman maybe his relate. Scammer is lazy no job so dry out now.
Just received a call from this same bunch of CROOKS. The one that called me was Kaley with supposedly MERCHANT SERVICES. She said I had been overcharged for a few months and I needed to send them a copy of my statements. This is a SCAM from the get go. Do not give them any information what so ever. Phone numbers given were 855-217-2707 Ext. 1403 and to ask for Kaley. Number that I was called from was 972-852-0850. If these numbers pop up on your phone, do not answer. Trump needs to do something about these yahoos!
I've been in the merchant services industry for 9 years. I'm the AVP of a publicly traded company that handles credit/debit issuing and acquiring. These types of sales tactics are disgusting. I called and spoke to one of their reps after one of our clients called us to ask about this call that they received. The guy on the phone lied more times than I can count. I played dumb to see how far he would go down the rabbit hole of lies.
Do not sign anything with this company. A good merchant services company wouldn't need to result to this level of deception.
