"Carla" called twice in two days. Said she was "Merchant Services" and needed to correct an overbilling. Yeah, right. Caller ID showed 972-852-0850 but when asked, she gave a callback number of 855-217-2707. These are nothing but scammers trying to get account info.
Got 2 calls that he was from Merchant Services and needed me to get my last 3 Merchant Service Invoices and give him some charges that I shouldn't have been charged. If he was from Merchant Service why didn't he have copies of my billing invoices. Scam, do not give any info.
Got the same call from a female at Merchant Services that said the same thing. Said my surf school had a processing machine, which I don't because I use PayPal. I told her to fix this issue and not to bother me again with this crap. I have more important things to do. Blocked the caller's number. Done deal Sally!!
I get these SAME phone calls all the time, they wont take no for an answer and they get very aggressively ugly when you don't cooperate with them. The lady called me yesterday with her same old spill and I told I would check on it later and took all her info down. of course I didn't send her anything and she called me back first thing this morning saying she didn't receive my fax. I told her - no you didn't receive anything because I don't have time for all this, I'm busy, and hung up. She immediately called back and I gave the phone to my husband, he basically told her the same thing and he hung up on her and she immediately called by twice, after him telling her to stop calling us, saying so you are ok with being overcharged??!! very ugly.... we told her we sure are, now don't call back. We had a customer witness that and said that women is harassing yall.... no joke. I'm sure we will receive another call in a few months. I'll be sure to let her know what I really think next time.. They ladies name that always calls here is Regina White.
She stated her name was Kaylee. We are a small business and use Square to process credit cards, all is good with Square. They called several times saying they need to speak with someone about an over billing. When asked what company they are, she replied, "Merchant Services." That was really unspecific, and so I just told her we do not have a credit card machine, which she don't.
