I am a Realtor and got a call from Kimberly Wilson about a house I have listed,,, thought it was a property call. when I called back it was MMREO Management company but no one ever heard of this person... called back to the extension and got a voice mail. Obviously this is a ploy of some kind, put it on my blocked calls list... I know they need a job but stop wasting mine.
After reading this is must be some big call center and no one knows who is calling who about what...geez
Just got a call from 972-905-9683...I didn't answer due to out of area code. She left a message saying she was trying to reach a member of our HOA (which I am on the Board)..and to call her back.
The company name on my caller ID says Sperlonga. I haven't called her back as I have been getting
too many scam calls from other numbers lately. Thought I would look it up first. Thanks for the Info.

Then why don't you have a real caller Identifier? Do a little research, Your girl called me and asked about my house. Key word being HOUSE. You are fishing for anyone behind on HOA fees and let me guess, You'll help them out for a Fee. Here's the deal. A reputable company with a good product does not need to cold call!
I am a Realtor in Austin, TX. A lady called and left a phone message on my cell phone. She said her name was "Rachel Hullet" and had a question about one of my listings. She said her number was 972-905-9683 ext. 830. She did not identify her company nor what she wanted to know. It seemed like a cold call marketing ploy to me. I called the number back to check it out, and an automated voice answered saying it was "Sperlonga" and to enter the ext. number. I hung up the phone at that point.
Retrieved a voice message on my home # from 972-905-9683 ext 803 "Tameeka" (I think thats the name left) from a realtor company inquiring if my neighborhood had an HOA because they were interested in a house adjacent to mine. She could barely even pronounce the name of my city. I didn't and will return call. These damn people scamming the hard working class should really get a job instead of sitting on their [***] coming up with scams.
