I am a Realtor and got a call from Kimberly Wilson about a house I have listed,,, thought it was a property call. when I called back it was MMREO Management company but no one ever heard of this person... called back to the extension and got a voice mail. Obviously this is a ploy of some kind, put it on my blocked calls list... I know they need a job but stop wasting mine.
After reading this is must be some big call center and no one knows who is calling who about what...geez
Received a call from 972-905-9683 and the called ID showed "Sperlonga." A woman named Melinda Patterson (who said she was calling from Alabama) was very pleasant and said she was trying to find out if a property that was possibly under distress (financially) may owe Homeowners Association dues. She took my name but I only told her that I was not sure. No information I gave her would have helped her out with anything else (hopefully!). Seemed legit. Lady was very pleasant and not pushy in any way. Did not ask me anything else.
