I am a Realtor and got a call from Kimberly Wilson about a house I have listed,,, thought it was a property call. when I called back it was MMREO Management company but no one ever heard of this person... called back to the extension and got a voice mail. Obviously this is a ploy of some kind, put it on my blocked calls list... I know they need a job but stop wasting mine.
After reading this is must be some big call center and no one knows who is calling who about what...geez
I'm also a real estate broker -- in Oregon. Got a call from Marcie Moreno, no company name given, asking about my recent closing and wondering if there were HOA dues. I called back and got a trunk line for messages and the implant name, Sperlonga. After leaving a polite message that there is no HOA, I researched them. Guess they're looking for business and I helped them unknowingly :(
I received a call from 'Simone Mumbi' with Matt Martin Real Estate. in Texas asking if one of my listings in NV had HOA's. I replied "No", and then asked him,"Why do you ask? He answered that he works with REO's and had one in that neighborhood. This is how he finds out if there are HOA's in the neighborhood? Weird...
The call was to confirm if there is an HOA and if dues are required. I am the HOA president of our neighborhood and that's all they needed to know. Short pleasant conversation and that was it, nothing more.
