I have called Express Scripts a dozen or more times since the Fall of 2009 trying to get my number removed from their automated calling list. I have been told it has been removed and even got a call from their Tech Department ensuring me that my number has been removed from their system. I am not nor have I ever been a client of Express Scripts. I continue to receiving unwanted automatic calls advising me of their receipt of my order, shipping status of the order, etc.
I've been getting automated calls from this number for over a year. When I called them and asked them to stop the calls, they said that they could not do that. This time, I asked to speak to the supervisor after being refused, and she said that she would have the calls stopped - after I threatened to file a complaint with the state attorney general's office.
I have been receiving calls from this number for over a year. I have contacted Express Script and asked that the calls stop. I have called the phone company and asked for help, but since it is a long distance call they cannot stop them. The phone company directed me to the state's attorney general's office, which said that they couldn't help me without the company address, which I found on this web site, linked from other complaints about Express Script with a similar number. 7571, instead of 7572, it's the same company and same message, though.
Express Scripts is legitimate US based mail order pharmacy. They make automated calls about the status of your prescription order. Unfortunately, customers too often give a wrong number by mistake. These calls used to come from an 800 number. However, Express Scripts may now have contracted out their call service in which case it is possible that the service provider may call for other companies from that number.
This is definitely Express Scripts and they were calling to confirm our auto-order had been shipped. It was a pleasant voicemail message in a computer-like tone. When I phoned them over the weekend to originally find out the status of my order, they told me I would receive a computer generated message when the prescription was shipped. I don't think this number would call for telemarketing items. Originally though, they did have a number for me that wasn't mine. If you do not have prescription service through this company, I would go to their website, www.express-scripts.com and find their toll free number, call them and tell them that you don't have their coverage and you're receiving unwanted calls. My experience with them was wonderful and I am the first to knock a customer service department for poor quality. If they can possibly do a phone number lookup based on your number, I'm sure they would and remove it from the file. Hopefully they'd find the right customer name and contact them via mail to get an updated phone number.
