I have called Express Scripts a dozen or more times since the Fall of 2009 trying to get my number removed from their automated calling list. I have been told it has been removed and even got a call from their Tech Department ensuring me that my number has been removed from their system. I am not nor have I ever been a client of Express Scripts. I continue to receiving unwanted automatic calls advising me of their receipt of my order, shipping status of the order, etc.
Jason, it is. The very best way to handle a company.. any company really, is to send them a written cease and desist letter in regards to calling you. Send it certified US mail (so they can't say they didn't get it) and make sure you keep a copy of it for your records as well. Its worth the time. And by law now, (new law went into effect the 16th of Oct 2013) they are not supposed to use dialers/robo calls without having your signature allowing them to do so..

I recently got a new number and I keep getting text messages about incident reports from numbers starting with 9300. They sent me a number and passcode so i called and was put into a conference call with express scripts. I wonder if they could stop these everyday, annoying messages.
So I called customer service and was told that she couldn't do anything unless I was a member. I called human resources and that person took my name and number and said that she would email the company and hopefully they would take my number off of their list. If that doesn't work, looks like I'll be (inconveniently) changing my number again.
