yes, we got one of those pre-recorded messages.  I quickly deleted it before my husband heard it.  He has dementia and is a perfect target.  Good thing he has no money to waist, I have POA.

I am glad to have a good app on my cell phone: screens these blood suckers off so I do not have to waste time with them.
