This is a discussion forum where one can report or describe suspicious or unknown phone calls, but reporting them here does not stop the calling. YOU have to take action to do that! (google is your friend). Consider buying a call blocker from your favorite store if nothing else works.

Got several calls on a cell phone. Left no vmail. Thought it might be a telemarketer by 978 area code.
The poster above "Slim" has some helpful info about Do Not Call lists. However, he is very condescending to people who are just noting that these calls came in. Reading this blog helps people confirm the calls were telemarketers and can identify and avoid such calls in the future accordingly.
