A man with a very heavy accent said he could reduce the interest rate on my credit card since I had a good payment history. When I asked about which credit card it was, he just said "MasterCard or Visa". Ok, so which one? He avoided the question so I hung up.
I received a call from this number repeatedly with no response. the call was made to my personal cell phone and is becoming quite an aggravation. I'm sure it is some type of marketing or scam call but they are relentless and it is becoming an issue.
