Got the same call three days in a row. Same Card Member Services as Mel described. I pressed "1" to talk to someone with the intent of talking to someone to have my number removed from their calling list, as I have requested every time they have called in the past. When I got someone on the phone they asked if I was interested in lowering my credit card rates and I told them, "No, I want to speak to your supervisor." The person said "Ok, thank you" and hung up.
Just got yet another call from 203-584-5201, Pressed "1" & spoke with "Jovanna." Informed her I was on the DNC list and to STOP to which she promptly rudely told me she was putting me on the "Five times a day call list." I asked her to repeat what she had said and she said it again and added "we will call you five times a day and bug you to death!!!" I have filed a complaint with the FCC and also sent an e-mail to the Connecticut Attorney General's Office. Is there no way we can get this to stop?!
