Got the same call as Mike.
He kept asking if who was the main user and got mad and raise his voice when I told him it was a family computer.
I told him not to raise his voice at me and hung up.
Never got a chance to ask him to many question, since my guard went up as soon as he told me that he was from MS and was a Tech.
First red flag came when he only knew the initial of my first name.
Second flag came when I remember that the computer came from my neighbor and my name should not be attach!
Yeah, same call. Frantic non-English person saying she is from Microsoft and my computer is being hacked by 5 hackers. Wanted me to get on it. I told her to just keeping talking...she yelled at me and hung up.
I get calls from 206-424-8912 a couple times a day. When I get get a response I told them to put me on the "don not call list." The arrogant twit told me there was no such thing. How do we stop this problem?
