I do NOT have a debt with BOA but rather with Wachovia/Wells Fargo.I do have a checking account with BOA but nothing is owed to them by me. Is htere any connection?
A payment has been initiated electronically and will be posted to the account in a day or two. The amount was stated on the paper statement received on Monday, July 27.
These people had the nerve to call me and ask me to give my neighbor an important message for them. They need to get with it, those people sold their house and moved MONTHS ago. Any basic public records search could tell them that. Even if they did still live there I wouldn't be delivering any messages for them unless they want to start paying me for doing it. It's not my job to receive or deliver telephone messages for anyone.
They are not identity thieves, its BofA. I had issues with them also but they are extremely easy to work with. They bent over backwards to help me. Call them back and settle. You will be suprised.
