Received a recorded "notice" that the factory warranty on my vehicle "may" be expired, and it's not too late to respond now. We receive these daily, and every time it says "this is the final call before we close your file". Every time I press 2 to be remove to no avail.
Prerecorded message that "this is your second notice that your factory warranty on your vehicle has expired and you don't want this to happen. This will be your final notice (I wish). Press 2 to be removed (did this last time they called) or 1 to speak to a represenative". Pressed 1 and represenative answered "what make and model do you have". I said "Put the following # on your do not call list". He said "no thanks", and hung up. I tried several times to call back, always busy signal. This particular telemarketing call is illegal both to private and business phones. They must state their business name and phone number which they don't. Please go to https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/1088eform.do and file a complaint. The more complaints they get, the more fines they receive.
Yes, I keep getting calls from these idiots. Two within an hour. They just don't get it. I am very upset to be bothered by then. I contaced the FCC as well.
Last week I was visiting someone in another state and she received this call a number of times. Today I received the call on my CELL PHONE. Not acceptable.
We got a call from a name of Mildred Barnett 804-303-5416 on the caller ID. Thinking it was possibly a seasonal neighbor from our neighborhood directory or a friend calling from another number we answered it and it was the factory warranty crock of crap recording. My wife pressed two and some clown with an attitude gave my wife a line of crap. After a few choice names, he hung up. I called the number back and of course it came back out of service.
