Received a recorded "notice" that the factory warranty on my vehicle "may" be expired, and it's not too late to respond now. We receive these daily, and every time it says "this is the final call before we close your file". Every time I press 2 to be remove to no avail.
We get calls every 5 minutes from this company. They even call our emergency only numbers. We are a business specializing in the care of seniors and they tie up our lines continuosly. We have made numerous attempts to have us addes to the "do not call list"- ha! that's a joke, we started getting even MORE calls. We are ready to take serious action with this company.
This should be a slam dunk for your facility, since they have violated the following TCPA laws:
The use of autodialers, including predictive dialers, often results in abandoned calls – hang-ups or “dead air.” Except for emergency calls or calls made with the prior express consent of the person being called, autodialers and any artificial or prerecorded voice messages may not be used to contact numbers assigned to:
any emergency telephone line;
the telephone line of any guest or patient room at a hospital, health care facility, home for the elderly, or similar establishment;
a paging service, wireless phone service (including both voice calls and text messages), or other commercial mobile radio service; or
any other service for which the person being called would be charged for the call.

The FCC is cracking down on violators, and your complaint may be just the impetus to get this outfit sued and fined out of business once AND for all.
I receive 3 - 4 calls a day and I will press 1 and ask to have my number removed. Usually they just hang up on me- however the last time I did this I asked what I had to do to get them to stop calling me and the rep said the only way they will stop calling me is if I buy a waranty. I said, that's not ever going to happen....then he said, well I guess we'll be calling you again tomorrow B___H! And hung up! I tried calling them back to complain but the number they used does not accept incoming calls. Can anyone offer advice on how to get them to leave me alone. I already signed up for the do not call list.
Same as everyone else. I been getting off and on for months on a phone in our computer room answered by many different staff. Published only on our website for customers to contact if technical issues. Also got hung up on the one time I connected to a person and complained.
