Me too.

I am getting calls every other day. So I finally pushed 2, it does not work. Continue to get calls. So, I pushed 1 and waited. After couple of minutes, someone answered.

I asked him for their number so I can call back. He said they can not receive calls. He kept asking for my vehicle make and year. So I gave it to him. I asked what manufacturer are they representing? Since I purchased the car recently from a private party and have not taken it to a dealer, only the state DMV has this info.

He stated that my wife must have gave them my work number. When I told him that she did not because I asked her several days ago about this, he hung up. It is frustrating because I cannot get them to stop.

Does anyone know what steps to take on this malicious calls? I will try to to complete the form on https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/1088eform.doc as suggested above. It is obviously not working since the author suggested in Feb and it is end of March.

I get the same thing about twice a week, very annoying. Here's an idea of how we can get 'em back for someone who has the time. Call your credit card company and explain that you are going to incur a charge and then dispute it. Go through the scam and give them your credit card. When it shows up on the bill, we can get their whereabouts and report them to the proper authorities. Not sure if this will work, but just an idea..

I've been getting the same messages on my home phone number, work number, and cell phone number for months. I've asked them to stop multiple times (after pressing 1 and waiting a couple minutes). They intentionally block their phone number. They intentionally don't mention their company name. They intentionally don't say their company name or other identification when they pick up the phone. Please fill out the complaint FCC form above at a minimum.

I'm still trying to figure out where they got my information from. I've never given all three of my numbers out in a method that would allow them to get all three numbers legally. No service, except for possibly AT&T wireless, knows all three numbers. I wouldn't be surprised if it was AT&T selling our info. That's a horrible company.

Automated message that my factory warranty is about to expire.  I have options to press 1 to speak with someone or 2 to be removed.  Neither works and when I try to call the number back its a busy signal.

These people call me daily. I push 2 to be removed and it just hangs up on me. I'm almost certain that we're receiving these calls because we purchased a new or used vehicle and the dealership sold our contact information to telemarketers. That's why we receive mountains of "factory warranty" junk mail. I imagine somewhere in the paperwork for your vehicle purchase there is a clause that allows telemarketers to legally call you even if you are on the national do-not-call list. I work for a telemarketing company (we're actually pretty fair) and I can tell you that this company is operating well outside of the law. Everyone who receives a call from them should file a complaint.
