I have no debt other than a current home loan. The message they left was very odd and computer generated. The names were all left blank, and it felt like it was a scam of some sort. I have no doubt that they do not operate on the up and up!
PAY YOUR BILLS, I'M A BILL COLLECTOR AND I LOVE MY JOB BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU, WHO THINK YOUR RIGHT BUT HOW CAN YOU AFFORD A LAWYER IF YOU CAN'T PAY YOUR BILLS. THAT SOUNDS CRAZY TO ME. THEY WILL SUE AND GARNISH YOU, SO IF THEY CALL YOU AT WORK, MAKE AN ARRANGMENT.
hey bill collector. why didnt u put your real name on your comment? most likely due to privacy or cowardess. what collection agency do u work for and what is your company's normal business practices?the difference in between this company and most agencies, is that they refuse to provide you with ample information about themselves, who they are representing, ARRANGEMENT OPTIONS, but they ask the recipient of the call for address, bank account numbers, credit card numbers for payment, annual income, which is unnecessary, and they will not send you any information of proof of their company or proof that the collection is valid or approved by the company they are collecting for. most valid agencies will provide you with a letter, etc. when asked for my annual income and work information, i tasked what that was needed for. same with my bank account. i was told thats what we need. when i asked them if they could mailme the information showing why they required such information, and asked them to send a form from their company to fill out my personal information to pay them, instead of giving it over the phone to someone who wont answer my questions, i was told we dont do that.
SO, BILL COLLECTOR, dont know if this is how your company does business, but most dont. im sure you would be reluctant to follow through on working with these people too, consiereing you want to protect yourself by not even giving your own name. which everyone has a right to do, which is all all of the people you just called "LOOSERS" are trying to do. So quit downing people and try to be helpful instead. since you are a collector you could offer information on how a person might be able to report a company that is being shady, or not forthcoming. im sure as a BILL COLLECTOR, you would not like to be associated with the practices of this company.

pay yur bills on time and u wouldnt have this issues,this company actually does sue for these debts,if you want to know if it's really a not a scam pull your creit report,and by then it will be to be to late to make arrganments becase now the debt is stuck on your credit even once paid for 7 years.....
