I have no debt other than a current home loan. The message they left was very odd and computer generated. The names were all left blank, and it felt like it was a scam of some sort. I have no doubt that they do not operate on the up and up!
Collection agencies are, BY LAW, forbidden to leave any specific information. If you have insurance issues or plan to pay the account off soon, please call and let them know. They aren't mind readers, either. I know some collectors are real jerks - if you get one, make a complaint to the manager or owner. Most of them, however, are just doing their job.
same comments as everyone else....rude, give me no information. this was a call for my son. they called me on my cell and would not tell me anything. just have him call back ed white. I am glad I looked up you guys! it has to be for a medical bill
Yeah some guy named Keith just called me and told my husband to call back today. they called this number though 3144322430 and told me to call him back on 314-513-0122.
