This caller from First Credit International (collection agency) above is really not doing anyone a service. The call that hit my phone showed this number and "Healthcare Resolution" as the caller-id. The person directed a call to 877-332-8231 but I got no answer after trying a couple times. I am also concerned that it is a scam or telemarketing. I think I will use my phone's cabability and block this number from calling my number. Healthcare Resolution is a legitimate company in Maryland.
I did talk to a human about some collection issue - looking for a Viola Thomas - not anyone like that at our address or phone. Getting really tired of all this.
This stupid number calls & leaves a dumb automated message & wastes the minutes on my phone, its very annoying. I wish they would get a life & I figure if something is really that important, then they would just say what the hell it is that they want & be done with it!
This Company must be run by IDIOTS. They keep calling for a Mrs. Stemper. I tell them no Mrs. Stemper lives here or has this phone Number registered in her name.
We have had this number for over a year now,and these Morons just can't up date their files.
I have spoken with an attorney and ,We are now recording and documenting every call from these idiot to take them to court for harassment.
