I have left three messages with my name and phone number and no one calls me back!!  The voicemail says to leave a patient account number.  How can I when I have no idea who the patient is??  The number they leave on my phone is 330-334-2600.  So maybe instead of you wasting your time posting to this site, you should try calling people back who took the time to call your agency to find out what the problem is.  If it is one of my bills, I would like to take care of it!!!

they called me for 2200 dollars, when my insurance didnt even make a payment on my surgery bills and they r claiming i have to pay it.
