This call is from a collection agency that was trying to collect an obligation that was paid back in August that we had a cancellled check proving payment. I had called the company that we had paid and they had credited the wrong account and showed a credit balance. They advised that they was transfering the paid to the proper account. I also called the collection agency two days ago and to advise what their client had said and they said it would be taken care of. They again today they called, again not identifing themselves. Please block any future calls
These are the rudest, and most aggressive group of misguided goons. Left illegal messages with no company name. Just a recorded random message from an anonymous caller left on my voice mail. I was hung up on, and threatened. I was told by a supervisor that they tried to reach me 54 times by phone since 2009, and that they sent me over 20 pieces of mail. I have never even heard of them before, and the "supervisor" refused to give me any information by phone or through the mail. He simply repeated that I owe a balance and asked how I would like to pay. I could not get a word in and finally gave up and told him to stop calling me, and send me a bill with company information. He refused to send me mail and gave me incorrect business information. I looked the company up on line and found other people very dissatisfied and offended by the tactics of FCI and MR. Seth Sharp. I am being contacted and threatened by one of your collectors, Marie Robinson. The claim for a mammogram performed 9/16/09 at Univertsity Hospital was paid by Aetna. The bill was $438+$55=$493 and was paid 10/1/09 at the Aetna Agreed Pricing for $275.94+$34.65=310.59, My responsibility was -0-!
