2nd call this month, just had message left on my phone. came up as an unknown number not an area code like most state offices would. stated the same, tax fraud etc. Claimed to be "Officer James Anderson". Had a very forced voice as if trying to hide accent. Said was issuing arrest warrant. scam artist in action, I will not be returning any calls
this person has now called my home number twice in the last month, foreign voice not only saying this was the IRS about an illegal matter but they would be issuing a warrant for my arrest. number it came in on was 1-829-1040. asked us to call 571-2354-6503. Is this a scam?? Seems like it to me. I have no reason to think the IRS has issues with me. How are you responding? I am not going to call back..
A person called my daughter's phone today asking for me. She told them that they had the wrong number. They then hung up. They mentioned about tates, fraudulant and that a warrent was being put on me. I called the number back no answer. BE CAREFULL FRAUD
Received a call at 10:25 MST today from Office James Anderson - foreign accent. Said Tax Audit Department of IRS had received a complaint concerning against your name for tax fraud. Call Federal Tax Claim Courthouse at 571-234-6503. Warrant for my arrest.

Received 3 calls in 3 days. Missed 2, but today 12/19 at 12:25pm answered. A recorded voice accented as middle eastern or european stated he represented the irs that i have tax evasion. As I pay my taxes in full and on time I just hung up. Real glad to see that we have recourse like this to affirm what are scams.
