Let message saying that it was from IRS and before we were to be arrested by local or county sheriff to contact them. Called and got a voice mail service. ?

Don't answer.  Never return the call.  Block the number.

Received call at 632am from this number  ------- sounded like he was in an airport - lots of noise in background.

I called back after reading your post and the connection was terrible. When I asked why the connection was so bad, they hung up.

A foreign man in a very loud call center called to say that I was going to be arrested today for tax fraud.  This is totally not true. He was difficult to understand and became very aggravated when I told him I was going to call the police, which I did.
