I just received a call from this person. He was very rude on the phone and kept trying to get me to tell him my name. When I asked who he was he hung up on me. I called back and he said his name was Jack and he was with a Travel Agency. When I asked him which one it took him quite a while to come up with "Travel Agency.. uhh Canada" I told him to stop calling my house and harassing me or i would call the police.
An East Indian male claiming to be from TDS Travel and that I won an exclusive dinner following a ballot I filled out 8 months ago. I never fill out forms or ballots so I knew something was wrong. I told the individual I was not interested and to take me off his calling list. I then called the number back (while blocking my number) and spoke to a different East Indian invididual. He stated that I must have used their travel company and that's why they have my phone numne. I once gain told them to take my name and number off their list.
Got a call from this east indian male claiming to be from a travel company and that I won an exclusive travel trip from a ballot I filled out 8 months ago. He gave me directions to come to 216 Chrislea Rd in Woodbridge to accept my travel prize. I asked him if I would have to sit through a sales pitch for time share vacations and he said yes. I told him I wasn't interested and he asked me why I was wasting his f__king time.
I explianed that he had called me and had been wasting my time.
Yeah, this caller was such a loser. He wasn't very good at this whole scamming business. His story was full of so many holes, it wasn't even funny. It's amazing that these people will try to tell you where you've been and what you've done to "win" this "amazing prize opportunity". I laughed at him when he tried to convince me that I must have "forgotten" that I went to this store and filled out this form. These scammer will have to think of something better to get any info out of me. It seems like a lot of people have smartened up about stuff like this, and I hope that no one will fall for this silly trick.
