I've been reporting that same duct cleaning company to the CRTC for a long time. Still receiving calls. In my humble opinion the CRTC is completely useless and a waste of taxpayers' money.
Received phone call today at about 2:05 pm same guy who has called before claiming from Bell also called before saying filled in ballot. Today he was was professional home service claiming they had cleaned our ducts 2 years ago. We have never used this service. He gave a name of James Gabriel and said he was the vp. Reported to the CRTC. Please continue to report this number
Same experience here -- said I did not need their services, he then continued to try to push price, I noted we were on the DNC list and would he please make sure we were added to theirs -- to which he rudely replied that "well - I am on the DNC list, but I get lots of calls during the day".
This caller is getting somewhat familiar, but with different products/services each time. I give the man (E. Indian?) no information, and it appears that he is unaware of my identity. I'm pretty sure it's a scam.
