Got a call from this number. Said my computer was sending error messages to their router. Heck my laptop is registered to my home, and they called me at work. Sounds suspicious to me. I told him that I had to leave the office and that my computer was already shutdown. Guessing he will call back later.
Constantly getting these calls. Everyone with a heavy Indian or Middle-Eastern accent desperate for me to turn-on my conputer and have them show me where it is infected. We have 7 computers so I asked which IP address on which computer is causing the problem, he said it is all of them! I tell them it is a scam and to take me off their call list but I think there is more than one company. I'm getting tired of it.
just missed the long distance call from this number. because of all the recent fraudulent and annoying calls from long distance numbers, tend to ignore them whereas in my generation long distance was important or urgent finally figured out how to programme new phone so future calls should be blocked wish there were something that could stop these calls altogether as are increasing oh, there is - honesty!!!!!!!
I get calls from this number almost every night. When the calls first started it was an indian accent, wanted access to my computer. NO WAY! they still call - almost every night. I have told them to "cease and desist" - "do not call this number again". That falls on deaf ears. Just had another call about 30 minutes ago - now they dont speak but breathe in the phone. This is SO ANNOYING! I'm shutting down my land line. Obviously the phone company has no interest in shutting down the number placing the harrassing phone calls.
Microsoft does NOT call people, period! This is a phising scam they will try to get you to allow them remote access to your computer. Tell them to F off. I don't know if you can report the phone number to the fbi or police but that would be nice
